People there very rude and are not clear on where to park. how the queue works when I arrived today there was a young lady that pretty much kick me out of the location questioning me about why I was there. I’m a customer you gotta treat your customers better I don’t recommend this place

Very kind, patient, warm, and professional staff. They explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to find the drive cycle in my user manual when I had to get my code reset at another location. Michael is excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a smog test! They did a thorough job and pointed out areas I should get replaced soon. Very genuinely kind and helpful.

The staff is very kind, well spoken, and professional. It’s clean and airy inside with seats for waiting but don’t worry you won’t be here long it only takes 10 minutes! I had no wait and there was one person already being helped. I will be returning to this Chevron SMOG Check Plus again.

From the moment they arrived, the process was explained clearly, with each step laid out in simple terms so there were no surprises or last‑minute questions. The wait time was minimal, and the technicians moved with a steady confidence that showed they knew exactly what they were doing. Paperwork was processed quickly, and the staff made sure my parents understood the results before wrapping up the visit. The facility itself was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which added to the sense of trust and reliability. It’s not the kind of place you linger, but that’s exactly the point — everything is designed to get you in and out without stress or wasted time. The location is easy to access, and parking was straightforward, which helped make the entire appointment feel even more seamless. What stood out most was how consistent the service felt from start to finish, with n
